This is behavioural training.
My name is Samuel and I am the founder of AG Consultants. "AG" to us meant that we needed to include the Avant-Garde touch to our programs. Our innovative focus on behavioral training looks at how to develop human capital mentally and emotionally to drive peak performance. Our programs are always creative and relevant. We treat each program design as if it was Picasso's art or a newfound NASA discovery.

Our Skills & Expertise

No, we're not an aviation company or pilot training school. However, our skills and precision on identifying learning issues are as sharp as those pilots. We also deliver solutions that are as effective as the training they get.
Collectively, AG Consultant's trainers have more than 50 years of experience for both training and industry knowledge. We have trainers who are Certified Master Trainers and have been in senior sales function for more than 30 years. We have also technical trainers who can deliver industry focused programs and so forth.
What that would mean is the relevancy is always there because the trainers will know what will then be beneficial. This is especially critical if we need to ensure the programs we deliver will always be up to date and functional.

Samuel Tan
Sam is the Founder and also Principal Training Consultant in AG Consultants. He is a Certified ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) trainer as well as a SIM (Singapore Institute of Management) Certified Competent Trainer who have trained many salespeople. His experience spans across industries such as Telecommunications, Business Consultancies as well as Not-For-Profit Organizations both locally, regionally and globally.
Sam is also a Certified Hypnotherapist and from this practice, he now focuses on developing and delivering behavioral training programs to impact the personal and professional lives of others.

ABDUL HADI BIN KAMAROLZAMAN
Hadi is a very experienced trainer. Hadi possesses, amongst many accreditations, including a professional nursing license, ,Certified Hypnotherapist (NGH), NLP Practitioner (ABNLP) Member of Singapore Nurses Association (Psychiatry), just to name a few.
Founder of Workplace Health Promotion Consultant &Chief Trainer (Workplace Health)
Also the Author of the one and only book on workplace health in Singapore; “THE DEFINITIVE GUIDE TO A HEALTHIER WORKPLACE IN SINGAPORE”.
He possesses clinical experience in nursing patients with medical/surgical, critical care as well as mental illness in both inpatient and community settings. Hadi is also a Certified Workplace Health Promotion Consultant by Health Promotion Board Singapore.
Trained in the areas of Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Family Based Therapy from University of Hawaii and Stanford University respectively through the Health Manpower Development Program (MOH)
Hadi also lectures at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, School of Health Sciences.

Andrew Neo
Andrew is an astute trainer with good motivational skills and knowledge in helping sales people excel. He graduated with double major in Marketing and Finance from Eastern Michigan University in United States. Andrew is also an ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) as well as a Certified Master Trainer with The Master Trainer Institute of New York. Andrew has more than 25 years of experience training and managing sales teams across the Telco, Insurance and Real Estate industry in Singapore and in the region.
